GETTING STARTED

The first step to getting you started is to establish your health and fitness needs via a fitness assessment using our computerised MicroFit system. From this point we are able to tailor a specific fitness program, designed to help you achieve your goals. Every 6-8 weeks you can then book in to get this program updated and every 3 months we’ll reassess you to track your progress. The best thing is, this is all part of your membership.

If you think you need a bit more personal attention and want to sign up for one or two PT sessions a week, we can organise a trainer to be available for you every week at your desired time. Personal Training is charged at $35 for a half-hour session or $60 for a one-hour session.
